ER-SEL Construction
was founded 1988 by the architect couple Erol and Selma Ergündüz as an
architecture, engineer, building and a tourism company in Alanya. In the
first phase the company worked as architect's office, planned and drew
many different projects such as hotels, villas and blocks of flats.
Afterwards
ER-SEL
extended its range and ten years ago began to plan and carry out own
projects according to European standards.
In the 18 years until today 246 housing and 50 villa units have been
carried out and handed over the customers. A building in Alanya received
an honor from the municipality, which spurred us still additionally.
Actually 52 dwellings and 12 villas are under construction. In addition
to the technical personnel such as civil engineers, architects and
interior decorators,
ER-SEL
employs also service personnel for each housing development. We prefer
building on unusual locations and setting international standards, not
only in architecture but also in design and construction with the goal of
fulfilling the dream of our customers of a comfortable property under the
sun and close to the sea.

building process (web cam) of the property and you have the possibility to choose
the inside details of your property.
All paperwork fees (document costs, subscriptions, taxes) and a lot of
specials are included in the selling price. You only pay extra for special
wishes.
